Assist in the management of offboarding for administrative employees and key union employees, including communications with outgoing employees about departure logistics, exit interviews, and Personnel Actions Forms and associated paperwork.Oversee onboarding for administrative staff employees, including developing enhanced new hire orientation content and ongoing communication with new employees and their managers.Assist in development and execution of other HR-led training initiatives (e.g., management training).Manage organization’s compliance with city and state anti-harassment training requirements, including scheduling and delivering training sessions for new and existing employees.

Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to create and maintain an organizational culture that is healthy and positive and helps retain excellent employees.Support HR Director employee relations matters involving both union and non-union personnel, including conducting investigatory interviews, determining appropriate action in concert with Director of HR/Labor Relations and Legal, maintaining comprehensive records in employee relations database, and compiling quarterly reports providing overview of employee relations issues.
